You will be fishing on a Parker 21SE, powered by a Suzuki outboard and outfitted with top-of-the-line Humminbird electronics. Parker Boats pride themselves on strength, simplicity, and seaworthiness.  Our setup offers a safe environment, a smooth ride, and an open deck for 360-degree fishing options. 

• The boat and trip are fully insured.

• Please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly. Layering is recommended.

• A deposit of $200 is required to book and secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable unless approved otherwise.

• Payment of the full trip balance is due the day before your scheduled trip.

• If payment is not received in full the day before your scheduled trip you forfeit the trip and your deposit. 

• Rates are based on 1-3 Anglers; a 4th Angler may be added for an additional fee. 

• An invoice will be sent via email, payment options are provided on your invoice.

• Your trip may be rescheduled if requested at least 15 days prior to your scheduled trip.

• Non-weather related cancellations are not entitled to a refund unless notice is provided 15 days prior to your scheduled trip and/or approval is granted by Beach to Bay Guide Service.

• Gift certificates are available!

• We will reach out to you 1-2 days prior to your scheduled trip to go over final trip details including meeting location and time. We take into consideration the weather, tides and lunar phase in order to provide the best possible fishing experience for you.

Beach to Bay Guide Service reserves the right to change how and when payments are required. Invoices will be created and sent based on your specific trip and the timeline in which each trip is being scheduled.

Every effort will be made to fish if the weather and sea conditions are safe. Weather related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain. Should the Captain make the determination to cancel due to wind or weather your trip may be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued (if applicable).

Beach to Bay Guide Service is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen or damaged during your trip.

Pictures of the electronics will not be permitted under any circumstances.

In exchange for participation in the activity and/or service of Fishing Guide/Charter organized by Beach to Bay Guide Service of Princess Anne, MD and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Beach to Bay Guide Service, all parties agree to the following:

I. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Beach to Bay Guide Service, the employees, representatives or agents of Beach to Bay Guide Service.

II. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS AND RELEASE. Agree and recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and/or service and assume full responsibility for personal injury, and further release and discharge Beach to Bay Guide Service for injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of or presence upon the facilities and/or property of Beach to Bay Guide Service, regardless of fault.

III. INDEMNIFICATION. Agree to indemnify and defend Beach to Bay Guide Service against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from the use of or presence upon the facilities of Beach to Bay Guide Service.

IV. FEES. Agree to pay for all damages to the facilities and/or property of Beach to Bay Guide Service caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

V. APPLICABLE LAW. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Maryland law.

VI. NO DURESS. Agree and acknowledge that all parties are under no pressure or duress to sign this Agreement and have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. All parties further agree and acknowledge they are free to have their own legal counsel review this Agreement if they so desire.

I hereby authorize Beach to Bay Guide Service permission to use my likeness and the likeness of all parties participating in the service(s) provided, hereby referred to as "my likeness", in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Beach to Bay Guide Service's printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of Beach to Bay Guide Service and will not be returned. 

I acknowledge that since my participation with Beach to Bay Guide Service is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Beach to Bay Guide Service to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any photograph using my likeness for purposes of publicizing Beach to Bay Guide Service's programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Beach to Bay Guide Service from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
